Project Lead

About the role

Lead overall account governance, client relationship management, commercial performance, financial oversight, and service delivery assurance for a mission-critical data center account. Ensure the account meets contractual obligations, SLAs, KPIs, compliance requirements, and financial targets. Coordinate stakeholders, vendors, and support teams to drive consistent account performance and improvement. Act as the senior escalation point for service, financial, vendor, and compliance issues. Lead the account team by setting priorities, clarifying responsibilities, and aligning resources to account commitments.

Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in account management, facilities management, data center operations, service delivery management, or contract management within a mission-critical environment
• Proven experience owning account governance, client relationships, service performance reviews, stakeholder management, and escalation management in a client-facing environment
• Strong financial and commercial awareness, including budget tracking, forecasting inputs, cost control, invoice and procurement oversight, and commercial risk management
• Proven ability to manage and deliver against SLAs and KPIs
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, Finance, IT, or a related discipline
