Project Manager/Business Analyst (Avaloq)

About the role

Lead end-to-end implementation of wealth management projects, including Avaloq platform delivery. Drive planning, execution, monitoring and governance of project timelines, scope and deliverables. Act as the primary liaison between clients and project teams, facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagements. Lead, coordinate and supervise project or programme teams to ensure alignment and delivery excellence. Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritising effectively and allocating resources. Provide guidance on implementation best practices and manage risks and issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT systems development, project management and client engagement
• Proven track record leading medium to large-scale IT projects as overall project leader
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Ability to perform under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
