Project Manager – Data Centre PMC (West Area)

About the role

You will manage specific scopes, phases, or sectors of a data centre new build project in the West Area, such as fit-outs, specific floors, or utility buildings. Your duties include overseeing package scope delivery, reviewing RFIs and material submittals, conducting daily site inspections, leading progress meetings, writing weekly and monthly reports, and verifying regulatory compliance. You will coordinate with designers, QPs, and contractors to resolve technical issues and keep the project on schedule.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of construction project management experience
• At least 2 to 3 years on data centres or high-tech facilities
• Knowledge of architectural finishes, structural containment, fiber routing, and M&E installations
• Understanding of construction sequencing and trade dependencies
• Proficiency in Procore, Smartsheet, and ACC
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Building, or Construction Management
