Project Manager (Government Project)

About the role

Lead construction and workplace projects to meet time, cost, quality and performance targets. Manage project teams, coordinate stakeholders and maintain project governance. Prepare progress reports and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. Act as main contact for clients and consultants, and capture project learnings.

Requirements

• Degree in Construction, Project Management, or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years' experience in data center / electrical substation projects
• Strong knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques
• Proven experience leading small to medium-sized construction projects
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills; fluency in English
