When
You will take full responsibility for managing all phases of real estate projects from initial setup to handover and closure. This includes preparing project delivery plans, monthly status reports, anticipated cost reports, and meeting agendas and minutes. You will establish project budgets, forecast expenditure, and maintain risk registers to ensure projects are completed within budget. You will also lead procurement, contract administration, and chair weekly project meetings. The role involves managing 3 to 5 projects at various stages and ensuring health, safety, and environmental standards are met.
