Project Manager (Renovation & Facilities Management) - Contract For Services

About the role

Oversee and coordinate renovation works for 7 Active Ageing Centre projects, acting as the key liaison between the organisation, architects, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders. Monitor project schedules, milestones and site progress, conduct site inspections and follow up on defects and handover. Provide facilities management and M&E coordination support, including assessment and follow-up of building services, maintenance and technical issues. Review technical quotations and scopes, and coordinate ad-hoc quotations or ITQs where required. Escalate matters requiring specialist advice or authority approval to the appropriate qualified professional.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in renovation/project management and facilities management
• Practical knowledge of building services/M&E systems (electrical, ACMV, plumbing, security/access)
• Experience coordinating consultants, contractors, vendors and operational stakeholders
• Able to assess site issues, review quotations/scopes and coordinate practical solutions independently
• Strong follow-up, organisation and stakeholder-management skills
• Able to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-moving environment
