Project Manager Temp - 1 Year (Landscape)

About the role

You will plan, execute and monitor landscape projects at Marina Bay Sands, working with internal and external stakeholders to set objectives, scope and deliverables. Duties include preparing project plans, schedules, budgets and risk assessments, coordinating vendors and contractors, and supervising daily on-site work. You will track progress, manage testing and commissioning, inspections and defects, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also develop and implement landscape and pest control maintenance plans, supervise routine maintenance such as pruning, fertilisation and irrigation, and ensure high aesthetic and safety standards.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Environmental Science, Facilities Project Management, Construction or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar capacity
• Experience managing contractors and operations in large-scale or premium environments preferred
• Good knowledge of trees and shrubs species
• Good communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills
• Good command of English
