Manage and monitor repair and replacement work, including defects rectification across assigned sites. Liaise with building owners, FMC, tenants and contractors, and engage tenants to address their needs during works. Attend meetings and inspections, and prepare and submit engineering, facilities and project reports. Ensure safety, code compliance and high service standards in facilities delivery.
