Property Executive

About the role

You will support the Facilities Manager in the day-to-day running of a building or campus, making sure service standards and KPIs are met. You will lead a team, review compliance, and analyse feedback cases to take preventive action. You will coordinate seepage and roof leakage cases, including inspections and follow-up rectification. You will also plan preventive maintenance with term contractors, conduct ad hoc inspections and MP walks, and verify work orders. You will guide new Property Officers on technical matters and take ownership of Workplace Safety and Health standards.

Requirements

• Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Services or engineering with 5-8 years as PO or SPO in township management, or a Bachelor Degree in a related discipline
• Positive service attitude and good track record serving residents and grassroots organisations
• Able to communicate and connect well with external stakeholders and internal customers
• Good teamwork and willing to assist new colleagues
