When
You will handle all work requests and update the CMMS with follow-up actions within required response times. You will assist in calling for cost estimates for ad-hoc works, carry out site measurements, and prepare approval forms. You will coordinate and supervise term contractors to ensure works meet schedules, quality standards, and contractual obligations. You will also conduct building inspections twice a week, respond to queries, and support site meetings and license renewals.
