When
You will support the Building Manager in the day-to-day operations of a commercial building. This includes managing soft and hard facility services such as security, cleaning, pest control, landscape, air-conditioning, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and lifts. You will coordinate term contractors, carry out routine inspections, and handle emergency repairs and breakdowns. You will also liaise with tenants on maintenance works, feedback and unit handovers, and maintain maintenance schedules and inventory records.
