Property Executive

About the role

You will manage and monitor repair and replacement works, including defect rectification throughout the Defects Liability Period. You will liaise with the building owner, FMC, tenants and contractors across sites, and engage tenants to address their needs during works. You will attend meetings and inspections, provide periodic updates, and prepare engineering, facilities and project reports. You will also promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with safety, environmental and client standards.

Requirements

• Diploma in Building or Facilities discipline with at least 3 years relevant experience, or ITE/NTC facility management or technical discipline with at least 5 years experience
• Experience and technical knowledge in facilities management and project management
• Knowledge of statutory requirements
• Strong customer service, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, PowerPoint and Excel
• Independent, self-motivated, flexible, responsible and able to work under pressure
