Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned commercial properties, including regular inspections of common areas, walkways and building facades. Oversee contractors and on-site personnel, review work quality and ensure compliance with specifications and statutory requirements. Handle fire protection and security systems, health and safety audits and evacuation drills. Assist with budgeting, expenditure monitoring and management reporting, and maintain good relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
