Property Executive

About the role

You will be the frontline contact for site and employer representatives, supervising works and services to ensure they are delivered professionally and efficiently. Duties include site measurement and record keeping, uploading field data into the computerised facilities management system, planning works and improvement projects, and coordinating subcontractors and specialists. You will support the Senior Facilities Manager and Facilities Manager as a site supervisor.

Requirements

• Diploma preferably in Building, Technical or Facilities Management or a relevant discipline
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience as a Property Executive or equivalent (or at least 8 continuous years of relevant experience)
• Experience and technical knowledge in facilities management and project management
• Good understanding of facilities operations
