About the role

Manage and maintain the common areas of a cluster of public housing flats in a designated Town Council. Respond to feedback from MPs and residents, and coordinate maintenance routines such as cleaning, conservancy, landscaping and horticultural works. Liaise with grassroots organisations on common area management and monitor contractors' performance on routine and cyclical maintenance and improvement projects. Ensure estate key performance indicators are met and assist senior officers on special projects when required.

Requirements

Higher Nitec in Building/Real Estate Management/Property Management/Building Services/Facility Systems Design/Facility Technology/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent, or GCE O Level with 5 years of relevant experience in estate management and maintenance, or fresh Diploma graduates
Ability to communicate well with residents and grassroots leaders
Fast and diligent worker
Team player
