When
Support the Building Manager in delivering integrated facilities management services for HDB commercial properties. Assist sites with day-to-day maintenance and functional operations, and ensure preventive maintenance works are carried out. Monitor vendor performance and manage contractors to ensure services meet agreed KPIs. Handle minor repairs, improvement works, quotations and rectification works, and maintain site records and maintenance systems. Provide mobile standby for emergency response and support major repair and A&A works. Assist with tenant communication, satisfaction surveys, tenancy management, invoicing and building inspections.
