Assist the M&E Executives in the daily maintenance and operations of building and M&E systems, ensuring they run efficiently and safely. Lead and supervise technicians, coordinate preventive maintenance, and manage vendors and contractors to complete repairs within timelines and standards. Support tenancy fit-out works, including handover, coordination, compliance checks, and reinstatement. Monitor utilities consumption, review cost-saving measures, and track budgets. Attend meetings with tenants and owners, prepare reports, and ensure workplace safety and audit requirements are met.
