When
You will keep the hotel's public areas clean and presentable, including restrooms, lobby and other shared spaces. Duties include cleaning and stocking restrooms, dusting and wiping surfaces, emptying trash bins, and returning dirty linens to the laundry. You will also handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly, report maintenance defects, and follow key signing and lost-and-found procedures. You may be asked to assist colleagues and take on other reasonable tasks directed by the Director of Housekeeping.
