You will lead a team of Public Area Attendants and work with other departments to keep lobbies, restrooms, corridors and function rooms looking their best. Supervise staff performance and make sure tasks meet the required standard
Record daily attendance and help prepare duty rosters
Train, guide and supervise staff on correct cleaning methods and procedures
Monitor team grooming, hygiene and presentation
Make sure cleaning equipment is working, clean and stored correctly
Supervise the safe use and handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment
Keep the Public Area storeroom clean and organised
Ensure enough chemicals, tools and cleaning materials are on hand
