When
You will handle procurement and contract management for hospitality operations. This includes pre-qualifying vendors, preparing tender documents, arranging tender briefings and site shows, and evaluating tender submissions with price and quality analysis. You will conduct tender interviews, clarifications and negotiations, prepare recommendation papers, and issue contracts and variation letters. You will also create contracts and change orders in the purchasing portal and ensure all procurement activities follow group policies and SOPs. Other procurement and contract management duties may be assigned.
