About the role

A fashion company in Singapore is hiring a Purchasing Officer to handle sourcing and vendor management. You will work with the sourcing team and shipping department to keep product orders moving smoothly. This role suits someone who enjoys fashion, thinks creatively, and is detail-oriented.

What you'll do

Obtain and compare supplier and manufacturer quotations to get the best product pricing
Support order consolidation and processing so workflows stay smooth and efficient
Coordinate between the sourcing team and shipping department so products arrive on time
Check product deliveries against purchase orders and settle discrepancies with vendors
Evaluate and select vendors using a selection process covering pricing and quality
