When
You will be stationed on site to carry out independent daily quality control audits across the cluster's operations, covering at least 50% of work done. Audits include both document checks and site inspections, with random sampling. You will perform QC checks on cleaning and horticulture services, report defects to supervisors and technical officers for follow-up, and prepare audit reports for QA auditors. You will track corrective and preventive actions until closure, and represent the cluster during authority or external audits. You will report directly to the QA auditor on QC and audit matters, and carry out other duties assigned by your superior.
