Quantity Surveyor (CSA/MEP)

Assist in preparing cost plans, including taking off quantities and pricing for projects. Work with engineers, architects, designers and owners on changes and adjustments to cost plans, and advise clients on procurement strategies. Support the pre-qualification and evaluation of contractors, and help prepare tender documents such as Bills of Quantities, Schedule of Works and Schedule of Rates. Compare tender returns and support clients in negotiating pricing with contractors and subcontractors. Administer contracts on behalf of clients, including valuations, variations and final accounts, and certify final payment claims and prepare cost reports. Provide cost advisory support across all project stages, from feasibility through to final account.
