Receiving Officer - NoMad Singapore

About the role

You will manage the receipt, inspection, documentation and distribution of all incoming goods and deliveries to the hotel. You will make sure items are accurately received, properly recorded and delivered to the correct departments following procurement and inventory control procedures. You will help maintain accurate stock control and quality standards of incoming goods. You will also support smooth operations between suppliers, storerooms and hotel departments.

Requirements

• Previous experience in receiving, storekeeping or inventory control preferred
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
• Good communication skills in English
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and able to handle goods and deliveries
