About the role
A one-year contract role with an insurance company in Singapore, supporting the onboarding of prospective representatives. You will handle applications and due diligence checks, working closely with internal teams and external parties. It suits someone meticulous, comfortable with fast-paced work and keen on improving processes.
What you'll do
- Process applications from potential company representatives
- Carry out due diligence checks and documentation for Fit and Proper Certification under the Representative Notification Framework
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as agency leaders, candidates, vendors and verifiers
- Keep timely and accurate records, documentation and reporting
- Follow standard operating procedures with high accuracy and within set turnaround times
- Spot chances to cut manual work through automation, digitalisation or system improvements
- Take on other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
