When
You will own the regional CRM strategy and drive execution across 13 markets, defining how growth is unlocked through personalised lifecycle engagement. You will design and launch campaigns, build segmentation frameworks, and optimise flows hands-on. You will establish CRM best practices and playbooks that scale across markets, and partner with Product, Data, and Tech to architect CRM tooling and automation. You will lead regional performance reviews, analyse cohort behaviour, and translate insights into business impact. You will also mentor junior marketers and champion experimentation to scale winning tactics.
