Lead and build a regional IT support function for the APAC offices, managing a distributed team of five across Singapore and Bengaluru. Set short, medium and long-term support strategies aligned with global business goals, and drive performance through coaching and clear goals. Improve the support experience by automating repetitive tasks and refining internal IT systems and workflows. Coordinate planning, scoping and delivery of support improvement projects, including timelines and budgets. Partner with regional management and teams such as HR, Compliance, Procurement and Workplace Experience, and manage external vendor relationships. This is an office-first role based in Singapore.
