Act as the main APAC market access partner to the global value, access and outcomes organisation, adapting global strategies and tools
Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Government Affairs, Commercial, HEOR, Regulatory and country leadership on integrated access strategies
Align global value and access priorities with local market needs
Provide regional insight and market expertise to support reimbursement, HTA and policy strategies
Build cross-functional and cross-geography partnerships to drive alignment, decisions and execution
Lead, develop and mentor the Requirements Advanced degree in Business, Health Economics, Public Health, Pharmacy, Life Sciences or a related field At least 10 years in market access, reimbursement, HTA, health policy, healthcare consulting or similar Experience across several APAC healthcare markets Track record of developing and implementing funding, reimbursement and access strategies Strong grasp of HTA processes, payer systems, reimbursement pathways and health policy environments Able to influence senior leaders and deliver results in a highly matrixed organisation Apply on the company website
