Experience Experienced About the role This role supports the Global Head of Capital Projects and Global Head of Estates in shaping a long-term pipeline strategy for capital works. You will coordinate regional project delivery teams to ensure the capex programme is delivered effectively, working closely with procurement, enablement and commercial colleagues. Act as a key member of the integrated Estates team, delivering commercially assured projects aligned to group objectives.
Take accountability for multi-year regional programme planning, delivery execution, handover and stakeholder endorsements.
Mentor and train staff across disciplines.
Coordinate and review programme-wide monthly reporting covering health and safety, schedule, cost, risk and design management.
Oversee pre-contract activities such as budget setting, project planning, business cases and use of centralised frameworks and contracts.
Oversee post-contract activities to ensure efficient project execution, commercial management and contract management.
Drive consistency and continuous improvement across project delivery teams.
Implement and assure the Programme Management Plan.
Ensure the Project Management Plan supports proactive management at each project lifecycle stage.

Promote an open, collaborative working culture.
Provide strategic advice on change, including scope changes, and prepare documentation for approval.
Identify and advise on programme risk and issue events.
Support risk quantification through the risk management process.
Support meeting structures and schedule and cost reporting, including HSE compliance, design compliance, governance and assurance.
Monitor handover activities to ensure timely transition to operations.
