Regional Programme Manager (APAC)

About the role

Lead multiple projects across a defined region, overseeing end-to-end delivery from initiation through completion. Provide programme-level support to regional and country leadership and manage regional reporting cycles on cost, schedule, risks, issues and benefits. Support strategy teams in developing project costs, timelines and execution strategies, and facilitate cross-functional working groups to build business cases. Establish and maintain project, programme and portfolio governance frameworks, and act as a central escalation point for programme-level risks and performance. Provide coaching and capability uplift to project management and commercial teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Project Management or equivalent field
• At least 8 years of working experience in a related field, preferably financial services
• Proven experience leading multi-project programmes across regions
• Strong end-to-end project delivery capability, from business case through execution and closure
• Deep expertise in governance, assurance, risk and performance management
• Track record of mobilising project teams and embedding consistent delivery standards
