You will oversee facilities management service delivery across client sites in South Asia, developing processes and ensuring compliance with contractual standards. You will manage account operations including integrity audits, reports, compliance and presentations, and oversee financial targets and risk management. You will lead and develop site teams, hiring and retaining talent, resolving conflicts and providing coaching and feedback. You will work closely with account leads and site teams to deliver customer-centric, innovative solutions.
