Relationship Manager, Commercial Banking

About the role

Acquire new Middle Market Enterprise customers and deepen relationships with existing ones. Manage a portfolio of borrowing and non-borrowing customers to grow loan and deposit AUM and increase revenue. Perform credit reviews to monitor credit quality, recognise problem loans early and implement strategies to prevent or minimise defaults or NPLs. Handle client servicing to meet departmental service standards and achieve good customer satisfaction. Increase facility utilisation among current MME customers to grow the bank's share of wallet.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably Banking or Finance
• Minimum 3-5 years MME banking experience with a good business network and proven track record of acquiring new business accounts
• Minimum 2-3 years credit experience including credit risk management, credit processing, evaluation and appraisal
• Strong credit writing and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, energetic, result-oriented with good business acumen
