This role sits within the Priority Clients segment of an international bank in Singapore, focused on acquiring new business and deepening relationships with high-net-worth individual clients. What you'll do
Conduct consultative financial analysis and profiling sessions with customers to meet their financial needs and objectives
Deepen customer relationships by providing regular market information updates and trend analysis on local and international financial products
Draw up monthly plans with the team manager, branch manager or PTL to achieve or exceed sales targets and customer acquisition goals

Participate in marketing and promotional activities for customer acquisition
Source and call on individual prospects
Provide quality, efficient after-sales services
Manage anti-attrition and retention of clients
Organise and conduct sales presentations to groups, clubs, associations, companies and other organisations
Solicit referrals from other parts of the bank, such as RMs from C&I and staff
Comply with money laundering prevention procedures and report suspicious activity to the Transaction Monitoring Unit
Ensure compliance with all regulations and controls set by the Bank and external regulatory authorities
Execute RM duties including driving revenue and onboarding new clients
Execute trades as per the Bank's laid down policies and processes, and render banking services as per the Bank's guidelines
Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct
Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct
Identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters
Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures

Requirements
4+ years as a Relationship Manager in banking, focused on acquiring and managing Priority or HNW individual clients
Strong technical knowledge of consumer banking and wealth products (Treasury, Equities, Funds, Insurance, etc.)
Able to deliver professional, consultative financial analysis to meet client needs
Strong sales and acquisition mindset with disciplined portfolio management, anti-attrition and retention
Consistently demonstrates high ethical standards and full adherence to regulatory and conduct requirements
Understands core concepts, principles, processes or procedures of Wealth Management and Banking
