Relationship Manager, Middle Market Enterprise (MME)

About the role

Acquire new middle market enterprise customers and deepen relationships with existing ones. Promote MME loan products to meet annual targets, and cross-sell and up-sell to support the bank's overall targets. Perform credit reviews to monitor credit quality, recognise problem loans early, and implement strategies to prevent or minimise defaults or NPLs. Conduct KYC CDD/EDD reviews to ensure customer profiles fit the bank's targeted segment. Handle client servicing to meet departmental service standards and achieve good customer satisfaction. Gather competitor product and service information to help keep offerings competitive and meet revenue targets.

Requirements

• Degree or professional qualification in Business, Accounting, Banking, Finance, Economics or related discipline
• Minimum 3–5 years MME banking experience with a good business network and proven track record of acquiring new business accounts
• Minimum 3–5 years credit experience including credit risk management and commercial/corporate credit processing, evaluation and appraisal
• Strong credit writing and analytical skills
• Able to work in a high-pressure environment and in a team
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
