About the role

Join the Liu Lab at LKCMedicine to advance cancer and stem cell biology research. You will maintain and develop complex cellular models including organoids, 3D spheroids and 2D cell cultures. You will independently conduct and analyse molecular and cellular biology experiments using techniques such as qRT-PCR, CRISPR-based genetic manipulation, live-cell imaging and biochemical assays. You will work closely with the Principal Investigator and PhD students to execute research plans and optimise protocols. You will also support laboratory compliance and safety by contributing to risk assessments and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

Master's degree in cell biology, biochemistry or molecular biology
At least 1 year of hands-on laboratory experience with organoid culture and stem cell maintenance
Good written and oral communication skills
Ability to develop, manage and execute research plans
Meticulous with strong attention to detail and time management
Able to work independently and collaboratively
