ANCHOR is a health services research lab studying home-first models of care such as Hospital-at-Home and virtual care. You will lead and support health services and implementation research across the ANCHOR portfolio. Duties include developing study protocols and analysis plans, overseeing data collection through surveys, interviews and focus groups, and analysing quantitative and qualitative data. You will translate findings into reports, manuscripts and policy briefs, ensure compliance with ethics and data standards, and manage project timelines and deliverables. The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams and engaging clinicians, patients, caregivers and policymakers.
