When
Perform protein- and cell-based assays, including recombinant and native protein purification and immunoprecipitation. Culture and manipulate human stem cells and iPSC-derived models. Conduct in vivo studies in mice, including behavioural assays and tissue processing. Investigate and validate biomarkers using ELISA, flow cytometry, digital PCR and seed amplification assay. Identify research opportunities, troubleshoot experiments and contribute innovative ideas. Maintain accurate records, analyse data and communicate findings during team meetings.
