When
Join a translational research team working on CAR T-cell therapies for gastrointestinal cancers. You will perform in vivo studies including tumour implantation and whole-body bioluminescence imaging of tumour-bearing NSG mice using the IVIS Spectrum system. You will also expand and maintain human immune cells and organoids, conduct retroviral transduction for CAR T-cell generation, and run multi-parameter flow cytometry. Additional duties include tumour cytotoxicity assays, live-cell imaging of 3D tumour spheroids, and supporting laboratory biosafety, equipment maintenance and reagent ordering.
