When
Perform analysis of next-generation sequencing data, including quality control, alignment, variant calling and downstream analysis. Integrate multi-omics datasets such as genomics, transcriptomics, epigenomics and proteomics to answer biological research questions. Develop, implement and maintain data analysis pipelines using Linux, R and Python. Interpret results in a biological context and work closely with wet-lab scientists on experimental design and data interpretation. Document analysis workflows, results and methods to ensure reproducibility, and handle other duties as assigned.
