You will perform clinical duties at the level of a Medical Officer, including calls and roster responsibilities, with competence assessed by the Head of Department. You will assist, guide and supervise House Officers, review new admissions, and check their findings and notes. You will write medical reports, ensure accurate discharge summaries and diagnosis coding, and assist senior medical staff in specialist outpatient clinics. You will update relatives, explain procedures and obtain consent, sign death certificates, and inform senior staff of major issues. You will also take part in teaching activities and cover junior doctors' duties when needed.
