When
Oversee the construction and installation of mechanical systems such as ACMV, plumbing and sanitary, as well as electrical systems, distribution networks and power management infrastructure. Conduct routine inspections, testing and preventive maintenance on building systems to ensure optimal performance. Work closely with the Resident Engineer, M&E contractors and vendors, and ensure compliance with Singapore building codes, safety regulations and industry standards. Maintain detailed records of construction activities and system performance, and respond promptly to emergencies with corrective actions. Collaborate with facility management and other departments to address technical concerns.
