When
You will join a multi-disciplinary healthcare team providing respiratory care to premature babies, neonatal, paediatric and adult patients. Your duties include cardiorespiratory assessments, initiating and titrating invasive and non-invasive respiratory support, and performing airway procedures such as blood gas sampling, suctioning and assisting with intubation. You will also help transport patients on mechanical ventilation, take part in ward rounds, and maintain and troubleshoot respiratory equipment. In addition, you will provide education and training to other healthcare team members, students and patients, and contribute to quality improvement and research projects.
