About the role

OUE Restaurants is hiring a Supervisor for Shisen Hanten, part of a growing portfolio of fine dining and casual brands in Singapore. You will work alongside Restaurant Managers, guiding a team of service staff to keep daily operations running smoothly and service standards high. This suits someone who is passionate about hospitality and enjoys leading from the floor.

What you'll do

Handle reservations and host guests, planning table allocations to make the best use of seating capacity
Know the restaurant's products and services well so you can answer guest questions
Greet guests and show them to their private room, counter or table
Help guests with their luggage where possible

Explain and suggest food, wine and sake based on guest preferences, covering preparation methods, ingredients, portion sizes and presentation

Use general knowledge of food allergies, dietary restrictions and common beverage brands to make suitable recommendations

Collect guest feedback on their dining experience

Ensure the restaurant complies with health, safety and food hygiene regulations

Deliver sincere, attentive and service-oriented guest relations while maintaining quality

Keep hygiene and cleanliness standards high at all times and maintain excellent personal grooming

Carry out any other duties assigned by Management
