About the role

You will plan and roll out retail experience projects across Charles & Keith stores worldwide. This includes researching market trends and customer behaviour to propose new customer-centric experiences. You will also recommend digital tools to improve retail experiences and operational efficiency. You will work with marketing, merchandising and other teams to make sure projects are executed consistently. You may take on other projects and initiatives as business needs change.

Requirements

Diploma or above in Retail Management, Visual Merchandising, Visual Communication or related field
At least 3 years of relevant experience in retail, visual merchandising and project management
Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Creative Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Illustrator, XD, Photoshop)
Strong visual communication and analytical thinking skills
Excellent project coordination and cross-functional collaboration abilities
