About the role

You will design, deliver and monitor learning paths for the retail team so Fashion Advisors have clear development plans and relevant training. You will observe client-staff interactions to spot capability gaps and coach individuals and teams to build confidence and client engagement. You will run in-boutique learning sessions and tailored onboarding programmes for new hires. You will work with HR, boutique management and regional teams to align learning with business goals, and track training effectiveness using KPIs and client satisfaction data.

Requirements

Strong analytical and observation skills
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Agility and adaptability in a dynamic retail environment
Able to perform in a fast-paced, multicultural boutique setting
Passion for learning and development and interest in luxury retail
