You will manage retail operations across Southeast Asia, working with boutique managers to ensure operational excellence and meet commercial goals. You will develop and roll out operational policies, manage rosters, oversee boutique maintenance and expenses, and handle ad-hoc issues. You will also lead store openings, closures, and refurbishments, and ensure compliance with corporate rules. Additionally, you will support customer experience initiatives and retail events.
