Support the Retail Performance team in monitoring and analysing boutique performance across the South-East Asia market, covering Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand and Malaysia. Help with weekly and monthly retail performance reporting and KPI tracking. Maintain retail dashboards, trackers and performance reports so data stays accurate and consistent. Assist with sales, productivity, conversion and KPI analysis to spot key trends and insights. Prepare data visualisations and presentations for different audiences and performance reviews. Coordinate with regional teams and boutiques on data requests, follow-ups and administrative support.
