About the role

Welcome customers as guests and help them find the right sports products and services, both in-store and online. Develop and offer service solutions tailored to customer needs across physical and digital channels. Build customer loyalty through personal interactions and support the Decathlon app experience. Set up experience-driven store layouts that showcase products and services. Manage stock availability and orders, and maintain safety and security for customers and staff.
