You will design and maintain the organisation's Enterprise Risk Management framework, covering grant-giving, donor, programme, health and safety, and crisis management risks. You will advise internal teams on risk thresholds and compliance, and help them put practical mitigation plans in place. You will also review contracts, run due diligence on vendors and partners, and support Board secretarial duties and regulatory filings. You will keep the risk register updated, prepare risk reports for senior management, and coordinate internal reviews and external audits.
