Risk Services, Cybersecurity Senior Associate / Assistant Manager - Offensive Security

About the role

You will manage end-to-end security testing engagements, including scoping, scheduling, resource allocation, execution, quality review, reporting and closure. You will conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across networks, web, mobile, APIs, cloud and infrastructure, and perform source code reviews when required. You will also prepare detailed reports and presentations for technical and executive audiences, and work with clients to define assessment objectives and scope. The role involves managing multiple concurrent projects, coordinating with internal teams, and contributing to business development efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering/Science, Information Security or related technical discipline, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in offensive security / Security Testing, preferably in consulting or professional services
• CREST CRT certification required
• Experience managing multiple security testing projects with tight deadlines
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end engagement delivery: scoping, execution, reporting and closure
• Experience with effort estimation, scoping and pricing of security assessment engagements
